In the last cycles of the game, the most characteristic is that the cohesion has reached such development that the group behaviour changes. They start to show themselves as a whole differentiated from the sum of departments that we had until then. They start to behave as a team.
If the group has adequately passed the cohesion and integration process, then the moment arrives where the sensation of unity, the awareness of themselves as a whole allows them to reach solutions that until then they were not even capable of seeing. If the resources are not departmental but rather of the group, if the departmental assignment of resources is not at the service of particular interests but rather of both, individuals and the group, then, new solutions appear. In fact it is not that they had not yet existed, it is merely that they looked the other way.
The team understands that particular and global interests are not necessarily in disagreement, it is the interested use of them that is negative. They understand that interdependence forces understanding, that they have to look for balance and that this is the result of disperse individual decisions but with minimum orientation. The objective of the group becomes the lighthouse that motivates the strategy that guides the navigators. The navigators act in a tacit manner reacting to the local circumstances according to a clearly defined criterion.
Communication is fluid between them; they interchange warnings that can naturally benefit the neighbour, they know the global and particular problems of each department, they adapt their decisions to the events without that being taken by the others as an aggression or an individual stand. Consideration is common between equals but they recognize differences and try to complement each other to compensate possible consequential weaknesses.
They understand that in an interdependent system the best individual option is the one that also benefits the group.
To the contrary the groups that maintain individual strategies to the end are not capable of achieving the results or they fall well below the average.
